ARE THESE REAL FLOWERS?

Yes! All items are made from real flowers, leaves and botanicals. Size, shape and colour of each flower may vary slightly, making every item that leaves our shop a unique one.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE YOUR JEWELLERY MADE OF?

Our flowers are carefully preserved in resin. Most of our pieces use hypoallergenic stainless steel components, please check individual listings for details.

I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN OR METAL ALLERGIES, CAN I PURCHASE THESE?

All our metal choices are hypoallergenic. If you require a specific metal, such as sterling silver or gold please get in touch. Most of our designs can be adapted or recreated to your needs.

We can also swap out chains for cords or ribbons of your choice.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

When not worn keep your pieces in a safe place out of direct sunlight, such as a jewellery box. To clean wipe over with a soft, dry cloth.

Do not expose to solvents or alcohol based products such as perfume as this can damage the resin.

Not advised to be worn in the shower or during swimming.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! I would love to create a unique, one of a kind piece for you! Keep in mind, I do not have access to every flower in the world and most flowers have seasonal availability, so I unfortunately can't fulfil every single request.

CAN I PROVIDE A FLOWER FOR PRESERVATION?

Yes! We have already worked with wedding flowers, funeral flowers and 'it took 7 years to flower!' flowers. We are able to create a variety of keep sake items such as framed specimens, you are not limited to jewellery. Get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Bear in mind, it will depend on the condition of the flower and how quickly we receive them as to how well they are preserved and what item we are able to create for you. It is recommended, if possible, to provide more than one flower to achieve the best chance of good results.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUT?

Typically twice a week, on Monday and Wednesday. We also send out on Saturdays, as our event schedule allows. 3-5 days is average for order processing times.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We ship all orders through Royal Mail and offer several different services, including tracked and signed for options.

I S S U E S

MY PIECE DOESNT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?

I only use real flowers, leaves and botanicals in my products. I do my best to choose flowers that are as close to the description as possible, but I cannot control the beautiful uniqueness of nature. You're guaranteed a piece that is one of a kind as similar to the picture as possible. There may be a slight shape and size difference in some flowers.

I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I DON'T LOVE IT?

If you are not satisfied with your order, let’s find a way to fix it! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, but shipping costs are not covered unless the order came damaged. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped, EarthenWear is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing name and address. Please email us immediately to make any changes to orders with incorrect shipping info.
